The three of us 💕

Sweet 3D Baby is a small studio in Brentwood, run by three local moms who all scan, all answer the phone, and all still get emotional when a room goes quiet.

We opened in 2024 because moms kept telling us the same thing: their medical scans felt fast, quiet and a little lonely.

Fifteen minutes, a screen turned away, and out the door. We wanted the opposite of that — a room where your mother-in-law is crying, your toddler is pointing at the screen, and nobody is watching the clock.

That's why every scan is by appointment. The room is yours for your whole session, and we don't rush anyone out of it.

Ericka, the owner, is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with prenatal diagnostic experience at UC Davis Health. Alexis and Brenda are ultrasound techs and certified phlebotomists, and both speak Spanish. Whoever scans you, you get the same unhurried session and the same honest answers.

Who you'll meet 💕

Three of us share the studio. We're all moms, we all live right here in East County, and we've each been the one lying on that table hoping for a good picture. That's why we scan the way we do — slowly, and for as long as it takes. Alexis and Brenda both speak Spanish, so just ask when you book. 💕

Get comfortableYou settle onto the bed, everyone else grabs a seat, and the big screen goes on so the whole room sees what we see.

Warm gel, lights downThe gel is warmed, the lights come down, and within seconds there's a heartbeat filling the room.

The faceWe work until we get it. If baby is hiding, we'll have you walk around or sip something cold — we've got tricks.

Take it all homePrints in your hand before you leave, digitals on your phone by the time you reach the car.
