  • Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water the week before your appointment.

  • A full bladder isn’t needed for 2nd or 3rd trimester scans, but can help for 1st trimester.

  • Family and friends are welcome! No guest limits, and recording is allowed.

  • Heartbeat plushies are available as an add-on for $40 at your appointment.
